- A paying adult can only bring 1 child. A child ticket will be required for each additional child

I personally enjoyed the trip. But this bus should be for people who want to sleep. The Manager Mr Bang Phang was fine. It is a good Idea to sleep on top or at the front. The pitch and roll at the back are quite substantial causing illness and vomiting. Use this company for various other buses and this Bus for night travel.
comfortable ride, plenty of room. Easy to book no issues. Drop you off right at your destination. friendly staff. plenty of stops for bathroom break or just stretch out and pick up snacks.
this was a 3 bed seater bus per row, a bit narrow but still quite comfortable. appreciated that they did hotel drop off as we arrived Hanoi really late. the pick up was on time also. I would recommend this
I had a comfortable trip from Ha Giang to Hanoi. I would like to use it again next time, but I would prefer to board and disembark in the vicinity of Noi Bai Hanoi Airport. If there is such a place, please provide the Google Maps coordinates.
Everything is just perfect and fine. Even all the staff not speaking English,but there try the best to help.

The bus company carefully calls to remind customers to leave early on time. The only thing I hope to improve is being able to reserve a seat on the bus when booking through klook instead of being randomly assigned a seat
The bus staff were very friendly. I took a ride from Hanoi Airport and went to Ha Giang. I took a breather on the bus and arrived in Ha Giang.
Take a minibus from the meeting point to a bus somewhere. The driver and attendants are friendly and they will stop at a rest stop along the way.
