La Maison Spa & Massage Experience in Ha Noi

The spa was located in the basement of the Anatole Hotel Hanoi, about 50 meters south of the Hanoi Cathedral. It was mistakenly marked on Google Maps as being on the opposite side of the road, but it's actually on the same side as the Cathedral. The instant booking feature was convenient and reassuring, as I was able to confirm the date and time immediately when I booked. I requested a couples massage in the same room during the booking process, and they accommodated our request. The waiting area was quite small, and the treatment room felt more like a clean massage parlor in town rather than a luxurious spa inside a hotel. It seemed to be thriving, with a constant stream of customers. There weren't enough chairs, which made it feel a bit hectic. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price, the quality of the massage, and the ease of booking.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Booked a two hour Thai massage and it was simply dreamy. The location is in a hotel, wonderful greeting, tea on arrival, move to a room where you soak your feet. I then had the massage begin and wore only the shorts they provided. The therapist was very skilled, she hit all my tight spots. This is Grand La Maison, not a La Maison branch, so don't get them confused. It's located near the Cathedral, in the basement accessible by stairs next to the hotel's main entrance. We walked in, and the front desk told us we could purchase directly through Klook. The foot massage was very comfortable. Neither the therapist nor the front desk mentioned tips throughout the entire process, and their attitude and service were excellent, so we proactively offered a tip.

Firstly, the room's lighting and the starry sky ceiling are very relaxing. Areas for improvement: 1. Upon opening the delivered refreshments, small gnats flew out from the inside. 2. During the massage, the therapist focused intensely on the same spot, without providing overall relief to my shoulders. I felt like she was rushing to finish when working on my body, and the support for my limbs was somewhat lacking, which made it difficult to truly relax. 3. I opted to add the exfoliation treatment, which was listed as 35 minutes on the price list, but the actual exfoliation time was less than 20 minutes. The treatment essentially consisted of applying the exfoliation product and lightly rubbing the skin, which I felt was not worth the cost and fell short of my expectations.

This place is truly the best. I’ve tried five different massage shops, but this one is by far my favorite. I plan to come back here every day for the remaining three days of my trip. The therapist is incredibly skilled, and the moment you walk in, the scent is so relaxing. The service is also excellent. You won’t regret coming here—I’ve tried everything, and I highly recommend the foot treatment and the Vietnamese massage. I know I’ll miss this place even after I return to Korea.

Due to my sensitive skin and thin skin, the makeup remover and oil stung a little. Also, I use a suction machine to remove sebum, and while it doesn't hurt at all, it caused congestion that took 2-3 days to heal. However, my skin looked clean, so I'm very satisfied. If you have sensitive or thin skin, I recommend doing it on the last day or using concealer is a must.

Enjoyed my massage - would book again. Treatment room on small size but not lacking any equipment and in all equipment and decir in good condition. Strongly advise you call to confirm which of the 2 branches your treatment will be at before booking transport - they are a 5 minute walk apart so too close for Grab drivers to accept fare but far enough apart for those from cooler climates to work up a sweat walking it (or worse get soaked and sweaty on a hot rainy day). I can say that staff at both branches are very accommodating and the service and treatment I received was excellent value for money.

Environment: Located on the lower level of a well-known hotel, it is generally clean, comfortable, and reassuring. The main advantage is that booking through Look offers a much lower price than paying on-site. Recommended.

The receptionist's consideration and the treatment were better than other places. I went to a different place every day for 3 days, but this place was the most effective. Thank you.
