Mount Batur Black Lava Sand Quad Bike Experience in Bali

Best experience!!!! The driver Subrata so nice, picked us up directly from the hotel in Nusa dua around 8am and drove us all the way to Mt.Batur for the ATV volcano tour and the ATV guide Rama also very nice, he guided us up the volcano then into a forest area which was sooooooo funnnn!!!. He also helped us take some photos and videos while we were riding the ATV. Then after the ATV the driver Subrata took us to a hot spring with a superrr nice view to chill and then he took us for lunch at a super cool tree house restaurant which was already included in the package so we didn’t need to pay for anything. Then the last place of the day was a coffee plantation and they gave us a huge set of tea and coffee sampling to try which was very cool. Then Subrata also drove us back to the hotel.

Driver - 10/10 I went solo. My driver Supradi was on time to pick me up at my hotel & fetch me to the quad bike destination. He speaks english and we have alot of conversation along the way there and back to the hotel. The quad bike experience - 9/10 The guide is good, he keep an eye of my safety the whole trip. Hot spring - 6/10 Small place, nothing interesting. . Lunch - 7/10 Lunch was not that fantastic but the place is nice . Coffee plantation - 8/10 Every group /solo/couple will have a guide, u can enjoy coffee tasting and nice view for free. If u are a coffee lover, u can purchase their coffee.

Riding an ATV in the mountains was a very special experience. There was plenty of time to run freely and the staff were friendly throughout the itinerary. ALIT😀 However, the bathrooms and hot spring showers are in poor condition, so please keep in mind😅 I intend to come again next time I travel to Bali.

We had received excellent service from them, in particular from Nesa, who had taken great care of us whether be it meals arrangement, toilet break, pickup and drop off arrangements. He had exhibited great patience and care. We had enjoyed ourselves immensely.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The kind driver, Fixo, and the quad bike guide, Momparis, were very helpful. Riding the ATV up and down the volcano allowed me to experience both great scenery and fun at the same time. And relaxing in the hot springs after the bike ride was also a wonderful experience. I would recommend this experience to people around me.

me and my beloved wife went there to visit mount batur, and we want some adventure thrill, so we booked atv to explore the iconic volcano. it was extremely amazing for the experience! first of all i want to our many thanks to our awesome driver guide DEKWAN, he is punctual and came early, gave us time that i need and waited for us to be ready. very accomodating to our needs. we took the 3rd session slot, so we headed out 7.45pm when we were ready from my villa. DEKWAN is very friendly polite humble person, speaks good english, keeps us very comfortable during the journey, asks us about our time in bali and recommends us places and food to make sure we dont miss out any must-try in bali. he provides the best service to customers ! doesnt rush us at all, and even tell us to fully enjoy ourselves in the atv ride without time constraints, he will wait for us so patiently and we feel so so relaxed. we spent around 2hrs 30mins of atv ride to & fro the mount batur and take many amazing photos and videos. we were guided by our ATV instructor RAMA. he is also amazing at his service, very polite and friendly, gave us all the time in the world we needed. helps us take nice photos and videos ! always checks on us that we are ok. we felt safe and fun at the same time. its very suited for beginners as my wife is trying it for the first time for atv. she was extremely satisfied and thrilled by the experience that she will come back for this mt batur atv whenever in bali! it is really wonderful when as you get to free roam the mount batur with the nice view. we will be back definitely!

Probably the best ATV experience I had so far on holiday. It's not the boring stop and go rides that you usually see in Korea, Bintan etc. The entire ride was around 2.5hrs, starting with a doubletrack trail that leads to a wide open space where you are free to race uphill/downhill and throw the quad around. The instructor was very accomodating, especially so for my partner who was afraid to ride some sections. He also adjusted to our pace. You can go as fast as you are comfortable. He also helped to take many pictures and videos of us having fun. Our driver, Nesa who transferred us to and fro from our hotel was also great! He was on time, adjusted for traffic and drove well. On top of that, he was professional in engaging with us and took pictures for us too.

We had a great time riding the ATVs up Mt Batur! It was an eye opening experience as we get to see the lava rocks and sand while riding. This activity is safe for people with no experience and even kids! My child is 11 and was zooming away after a short briefing by the guide on how to operate the ATV. Rapa, our driver who sent us to our activities, was very kind and accommodating. We finished the hot spring slightly later but he was so patient to wait for us.

Rapa was our driver for the day and we are glad we got him for a few reasons! He started the day with some positivity letting us know that “it’s our day so enjoy it and take our time” and he’s there to guide us. This sets the tone for a great day. As a driver, he’s both safe and informative. He made sure to keep us posted on the timing of the drive, the location, and what’s ahead so we know what to expect. Rapa is also extremely polite and always answered our questions with a smile on his face. Lastly, he took some really nice photos for us haha. The quad bike adventure was very fun! The guide took us to a huge space where we got to roam around and explore at our own pace. He helped us take a lot of videos and photos as well. The Hotspring after was a perfect relaxation spot after 2 hours of quad bike adrenaline rush. We visited the coffee plantation afterwards to check out the entire process of creation only to be surprised by a wonderful taste test of Bali’s own coffees and teas. Lunch was included and we were given a choice of eating at the hot spring or at a restaurant after the coffee plantation. Truly was a great day filled with adventure, for our body, mind, and taste buds!

The Mount Batur Black Lava Quad Bike Experience was enjoyable, even in the rain, with all necessary equipment provided. The natural hot spring was very relaxing, lunch was good, and the coffee plantation visit was informative. We purchased different varieties of coffee. The tour guide/driver was friendly and explained everything well, making it a pleasant trip.
