No lift so those with weak legs need to take note. Easy to locate, just opp A2 hawker centre. You can see their sign board along the road. Compliment ginger tea with snack.

Always book from them when go Batam. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their massage skill are good too. Just that for SPA, their water from shower heads are very little. My friends and I could not shower properly. Think we will come back for massage only and not their SPA.

Came again for massage. maesuers Mariany & Tiwi was very good. Felt very good after the massage. Staff in Absolute Spa were very welcoming and friendly. All of them have humble mannerism. Ambience was great and area very clean. Ginger tea was yummy too. I will come again when I travel to Batam next time. Thank you for everything.

Amazing experience! I managed to get my hotel to call the spa for me to check for availability on a Sunday as I couldn’t make international calls. I purchased the “Body Scrub + Massage” package on Klook. First time doing a body scrub massage so it felt good. The masseuse will ask you to shower after she’s done with the body scrub. She ended it off with a head, neck and shoulder massage. Felt so relaxing and service was good. I like the ginger tea too! They serve keropok too if you like :) No extra charges for male clients. Tip: book your Grab ride to “First Choice Spa, Massage & Reflexology” if you are taking a Grab Car there!

Pretty convenient location. Near Batam city square mall and A2 food court. friendly staff, nice ambience. While waiting staff served ginger tea which was good

booked thru Klook and WA the spa the night before. Did foot reflexology and aromatherapy massage. Reception lady knew how to speak Chinese, which made communication simpler. Masseuse were good. Went back again the next day. Truly enjoyed!

Scrub was super good! The scrub applied is gentle and therapist slowly massages the scrub onto our skin. We had to shower after the second round and scrub and our skin feels so smooth especially the next day! Highly recommend this service!

Spa is located at a central location, close to a well known cafe and food court. Aromatherapy can choose from a few essential oil. Oil is applied slightly warm and feels nice. Massuse is good, skillful and nice to check on the pressure once in awhile. Overall service is great but environment can be slightly noisy when its crowded as other guest talk loudly. Otherwise its a great experience, definitely will come back again!
