Bintan Tanjung Pinang Half-Day Tour

Driver pick us at lobby of our villas. He is very friendly and tells us a lot of interesting info of Bintan. Our lunch is nice just that the gong gong is not something my children eats. We even ask our guide to bring us to nearby for dinner before going back. Thus the whole trip ends late. We compensate him by giving him a big tips.

It was a private tour and I think the highlight of the tour is definitely the blue lake! We also get to see the town area of pulau Bintan. Mr Taufik is also a very good tour guide and a good photographer! He was very punctual to pick us up at the hotel. The whole tour actually took longer than the scheduled time. We also booked a fireflies tour after this tour and the pick up time is around 6:30pm. He communicated with the fireflies agency and offered to send us to the mangrove directly! His service really exceed our expectations. The food that was included in the tour was also quite yummy. I would recommend this to anyone who is coming to Bintan

Tour guide was good and friendly. We were expecting a group tour but turned out to be a private tour. It was raining heavily during our tour but thankful for the guide who patiently waited for us while we take photos. One regretful thing was the restaurant we dined in, service wasnt great and food wasnt good. We also requested to change our meal as we were unable to eat the gonggong but staff did not accomodate our request. They only did after we insisted but they changed to omlette egg which is something of lower value compared to gongong and did not provide us with options like fish, meat or prawn. Tour stated that water bottles will be inclusive as well but we did not receive any.

the tour was fine we visited many temples and had a good time at the blue lagoon taking photos enjoying the scenery. however I requested a seafood lunch as my partner is very allergic. they did arrange with us very well beforehand, but on the day of the tour we were served a fishball soup with prawns, we did not realise until he had some and ended up vomitting which ruined the rest of the tour for us. I've contacted customer service but my emails are unanswered.

Pak Adi is very friendly and responsible. He managed to bring us around and reach the terminal on time for our last ferry . thanks

Highly Recommended tour . Tour guide Hadi was patient and brought us around multiple areas.

The blue lake dunes are beautiful, the seafood lunch is not bad, but don't expect too much, the curry crab is delicious, it is worth participating
