7D6N Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Highly recommend trip, you get what you pay for - professional guide (Ramkumar, Omar!), hospitality and carefree adventure (despite many unexpected happenings, of course) - Flexibility: the first day started with a surprise of unexpected delay of flight Kathmandu- Pokhara due to bad weather. Guide Ramkumar is able to flexibly adjust the schedule without killing ourselves - Professionalism and hospitality: Not only are Guide Ramkumar and porter Omar are able to give any question a rightaway answer (eg how long are we still there, how high are we now etc)generously shared stories, local language and music. It has to be the people that makes a trip truly special - Strong support: as a first-time trekker and a girl I am helplessly slow and fearful, without their support and encouragement I couldn’t have made it. Thanks to them I have become a more powerful version of myself, and learnt to enjoy whatever the circumstance is. Their optimism is truly inspirational

One of the best trekking experiences I have ever enjoyed. Our guide and potter were extremely professional and took care of our needs very well. They were also knowledgable about the trails, which made us appreciate the culture in Nepal mountains even more. The food was delicious in every guesthouse, and the views were absolutely stunning every day. Highly recommend this package!

Definitely the best trek I ever had. The trek became even more better with a knowledgeable guide. He explained the name and stories about the beautiful scenery we saw throughout the trek. He even remembered the height of all mountains! He would adjust his pacing according to my physical ability and proactively care about my situation and give practical advice to avoid the effect of altitude sickness. The route is not as easy as thought given the season I visited to Nepal, some roads are obstructed which makes an experienced guide become much more important not because it saves you time but also he would ensure the best and safe route for you. I am not a person with good balance that I may some fall down even when walking on the flat ground. The guide would walk slowly when we went through some roads with steep slope. I could say without the guide I would not be able to enjoy such an amazing trek and view on the roads. Definitely a must go trip and one of the best booking I ever had on Klook. Also, the contact person is very helpful that he confirmed everything with me before the trek and have considered every details of the trek to make the trip go well. For example where to rent hiking gear, whats the fair price, what to be awared of when booking flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara... Very experienced and knowledgable contact person and tour guide. Without them I wont be able to enjoy such a great trip as a solo woman traveller. But please be awared that solo traveler needs to pay extra to hire a porter as it is not provided for single traveller package.

Date: 04/01/2023 - 10/01/2023 Guide: Gokar** This is a great program that anyone can easily participate in. Especially, I highly recommend it to those who are trying the Himalayas or Annapurna for the first time. [Trekking program] The 6N7D trekking schedule was very suitable. Except for the last day, we walked for five or seven hours. There were difficult days, but overall, it was a moderate level of difficulty. And remember, if you're a single traveler, there's no Potter. [Meals] I bought a package that includes breakfast only. However, the guide made a reservation for the breakfast and dinner menu and arranged for me to have meals on time. The menu was diverse, and most of the menus were homemade, not instant food. There may be individual differences, but I ate every meals very deliciously. Nepalese dishes such as Dal bhat or Dhindo suit my taste. [Lodge] Every lodge had a friendly owner and a good cook. There was a thick blanket in the room and I could take a warm shower. However, it is very cold at night because it is not heated. [Guide] The trekking with my guide, Gokar** was really the best. I can clearly state some reasons why my guide was a very special guide. 1. He took care of everything from important things to trivial things so that I could concentrate on trekking. He did everything for me responsibly. 2. He knows everything about the Himalayas and explains them interestingly and understandably. Without his guidance, I would not have enjoyed Annapurna at 1 per cent. 3. He is really patient person. He adjusted my slow pace and made me look around the mountain so that I wouldn't miss the scenery. 4. He's a good storyteller, but he's quiet as needed. I felt very comfortable while walking with him. If you're trekking with him, you can trust him completely.

Hello, i’m solo travel from Indonesia and i have a dream to go to Annapurna basecamp, so i’m booked this tour because i know i need help. the guide his name gyanashwor Adhikari and porter i’m forget his name but they very helpful for me,very kind,patient,and support my journey untill summit, i’m so grateful choose the trip and i got with this company

Scenery and trek was amazing! Our guide Manoj and porter Niraj were great and took care of us. We thought price on klook was already very reasonable but we saw other operators locally offering prices that were 70% of what we paid on klook. we’re not sure of the quality of those tours though - choosing the “you pay for what you get” mentality. if you’re not too budget conscious and don’t like the trouble of shopping around on the ground, this tour from klook is a good reliable option!

The tour guide and porter Yelu were both very good. They kept cheering us up. They were very responsible and friendly. If we come again, we will look for them again.

Klook itself failed to fulfill its due service and supervision responsibilities. Customer service is slow and untimely. Not recommended through Klook. It is better to contact the local agent directly. Fortunately, the guide sent by the connected agent was very serious and responsible. Let the whole journey end perfectly. In short, it is not wise to use Klook for this kind of trip.
