The place is quite difficult to find, it is inside a building at 4th floor. But you can experience wearing Hanbok while having a tour inside the kimchikan museum, have 3 different taste of kimchi for free.

You have to book the Kimchi making classes 3 days in advance. For visiting the museum it is a good experience.

Pretty informative. For tourists like me who do not read nor understand Korean, you can loan the English audio guide for free. A big plus point is that all the documentary videos shown at the museum have English subtitles!

Hard to find. Not much to see. Top balcony was nice but not a part of the museum. It was difficult to maneuver around. The tasting room is really small and only provided factory packaged kimchi not handmade. I think this experience would be worth it if you were to do the kimchi making experience. The museum is not very big but very interesting! We can wear the traditional Hanbok and create our own postcard by stamping here. Also, there are lots of interactive section to show us the the production process of kimchi. Last but not least, you can taste different kimchi here!

The place was definitely hard to find without the help of a map! The directions from the museum was no help at all; so be sure to have all directions handy before you get out of the subway. The museum was quite cool to visit in the morning or afternoon to escape from the heat during summer. Although there were English tour-guide, but the lady just simply ignored us and assist another group of foreign visitor who happens to Came in 10 minutes after us. Aside from that, the place where they taught how to make kimchi looks very cool; would definitely recommend coming in and take a look if in the neighborhood!
