- The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
- Passengers must fasten their seat belt while in transit. The operator will not take any responsibility if accidents or police arrests occur if passengers choose to not follow this policy
Additional Stop Policy
- The additional stop must be located within a distance of no more than 5 kilometers from the drop-off point with the maximum duration for a stopover is 15 minutes
- If the stopover point exceeds a distance of 5 kilometers, an additional charge of 10 baht per kilometer will apply
- If the customer needs to use the bathroom during the trip, and it is not listed as an additional stop, there is no extra charge for this service
- Additional stop add-on potion can not allow to pick-up and drop-off at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK) before the destination
- If you purchased additional stop add-on option and found that there is no under 5 kilometers from drop-off point, the driver have a right to refuse your request or collect an extra charge

The van arrived just on time. It was a top notch comfortable van. The driver helped us with the luggage and also was quite polite to take a short loo break and upon arriving in Pattaya we got lost with the google maps malfunction and still he did a complete round about until we found the location. definitely looking ahead to rebook once back in Bangkok.
It was raining heavily and there were some issues with check-out, but the driver was kind enough to wait for me, and drove very safely!! (He's really good at driving in the rain!!) He was also so kind that I was touched... He's so thoughtful, and thanks to him, I was able to relax and get to Hua Hin safely! The driver arrived 30 minutes early to wait for us. The vehicle was clean, and the service was fast and efficient. Although there was traffic congestion on Rama II Road due to roadworks, the driver remained professional and arrived in Bangkok earlier than expected. I was so impressed from how easy it was to book, the communication and then being told we have an upgrade at no extra cost was a bonus to the lovely driver who had turned up early and was waiting for us. He placed our bags in the car and had compimentary water for us each. We felt safe and I even fell asleep for a bit. The car was spacious and very clean. We were dropped at our next hotel foyer where the bell boy took our bags for us. Felt like superstars.
We have booked an airport transfer from The Peri Hotel Khao Yai to Suvarnabhumi Airport, pick up time was 4AM, we did not want to risk our chance by booking grab to catch a flight at 930AM. Our driver was really early, he arrived at least 30 minutes earlier. Once we got to the lobby, he held up a sign of my name, and helped us with the luggages. It was a nice luxurious Camry, and the car was clean & spacious. It was quite a tiring day as we have ridden from Singapore to Thailand on our bikes and immediately took a flight back the same day, so the sleep was great in the car. I will use TTD Global again because they are reliable, and we reached airport at about 520AM, way earlier than we expected. Do consider the traffic condition of Bangkok city if you are booking to catch a flight!
