Private City Transfers between Bangkok and Hua Hin by N&T Travel

I'm very satisfied with this car rental service. I realized just before departure that I hadn't filled in the departure time, so I quickly contacted customer service and received an immediate response. I had booked an SUV, but a mini-bus arrived, which felt like an upgrade. It was a very comfortable ride. The journey was over 3 hours, and the driver kindly allowed us to stop at a rest area for a restroom break and to buy drinks. Overall, the service was excellent!

The driver was waiting 30 mins before pickup time so very punctual and convenient for BKK traffic. He was driving probably a bit too fast, but I guess that’s how they drive on Thailand. We reached safely to Hua Hin. Although he was not that chatty but expected considering the language barrier. Overall a good experience, but a bit less speedy drive might have made this a full 5/5. But highly recommend.

I booked an economy car for the Hua Hin trip and this premium car for the return trip to Bangkok, but to be honest, there wasn't much difference in comfort! The order will update the driver's license plate and mobile phone number in the early morning. The three-hour drive included one rest stop. The car was clean, the driver's driving skills were good, and the child slept soundly in the car seat.

This is the first time trying this N&T transport company. when I am at the hotel lobby waiting for the driver to arrive but didn’t see him and I start to worry cause I have a flight to catch in the end I try calling the customer service and they told me the driver is outside the road waiting already. what I want to say maybe they should take more initiative to call or text me saying that you have already arrived.

Our driver was very attentive and had a great attitude. Water was provided for us as soon as we got in the car. For the return trip, it was the same driver. I don't know how he knew he was picking us up, but he even prepared a doll for my sons, probably to appease them because they were constantly arguing in the car. Then, when we went to the gas station to refuel, the driver bought a box of chocolates for my sons. I was really touched.

Would definitely recommend this service to others. Customer Support contacts you through WhatsApp beforehand. Car was in good condition and the Driver was polite, stopped for a toilet break 1 hour before the destination.

The driver was waiting in the hotel lobby in Hua Hin ahead of time. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was polite, though he seemed a bit impatient at times during traffic jams. We made two stops along the way for restrooms, and the entire trip to the hotel in downtown Bangkok took approximately 3 hours.
