Great service. We rented a HiAce from the airport to Seminyak and was able to fit 4 adults plus 2 kids very comfortably. Driver was very friendly and met us in the section before the general exit area which was very nice. The booth where the driver greeted us was a small section on the way to the exit where only 1-2 other drivers where they hold up the signs with your name. This made it very easy to find. Otherwise, at the general exit, there were about 50-100 other drivers, all with arriving passenger name signs which I would guess makes it harder to find your driver. Our driver was also very helpful in loading and unloading luggage and navigating traffic. Overall would recommend.

Picked up directly by the exit from customs in the airport and driven to the door of our hotel without trouble. Very pleasant and efficient after a long flight and first time visiting Bali.

Car wash, air-conditioning, smooth driving safely, carry all the luggage, my husband went out first, and only the children and women were left to take care of all the hands! It is comfortable, and the inside of car is wide, too and is good!

It wasn't cheap but it was nice to be able to travel with my family.
