Redemption of ticket was easy and straightforward. Just hand your passport to the staff at BatamFast, and they will hand you the boarding. No need to scan the Klook QR code.
Would recommend this service for anyone that is looking for a cheaper and convenient option. We have to exchange the ticket at the counter at Harbourfront Center and it was really easy to do so. You only do it once at Singapore and then when heading back from Batam to Singapore, you don't have to exchange again. Super easy. Highly recommend this as it's a little cheaper than buying directly from the ferry provider. Tip: If you're taking the 6pm ferry back, sit at the top deck to enjoy a beautiful unblocked sunset! Really late review but this tickets were worth the money, cheaper than tickets on the official ferry sites. The price stated is fixed and there wasn’t any hidden charges that I had to add on when I was at the terminal.
It was super convenient to redeem the tickets - just arrive at the terminal an hour earlier than scheduled ferry time, head over to the Batam Fast Ferry counter and show them your passport, where the tickets would've been printed and ready for collection. Get them and scoot straight off to immigration before heading to the ferry! Pro-Tip: Bring a hand-carry duffel or tote that you can put in front of your seat instead of a wheeled-luggage (regardless of size) if possible because luggage will be stowed in a luggage area by staff and will only be unloaded once everyone is off. So if you just carry something you can put under your seat, you can get off the ferry much quicker.
Purchase was fuss free and simple. Redemption was also easy. Booked a few times already. Would recommend and will come back to buy next time

Fast and easy to use, but the app doesn’t allow me to select the return date and time properly at the start. This caused the date and time to appear incorrectly on the voucher page
