- ⭐ In celebration of Everland's 50th anniversary, a special Circus Show is expected (excluding Tuesdays). Confirmation is only possible on the day, and your guide will inform you before departure. Please select your preference when booking.
- ⚠️ Please note that according to the safety guidelines of Everland Resort, some attractions may close due to maintenance or extreme weather conditions (e.g., low temperatures, rain, or high wind speeds). For the latest updates, please visit the official Everland website.
- 📍 Please note that drop-off at Hongik Univ. Station is available for Late Return service only.
- One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you’ll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email,please check your spam or junk mail section.
- Please be sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late for boarding time, you cannot get a refund.
- Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing strollers or luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour date.
- If you need traveler's insurance, please prepare it individually. However, each transportation used during the travel schedule is covered by damage insurance.
- Vehicles are assigned according to the number of people on the day of the tour and are not personally available.
