A nice cultural experience with lots of local food, shopping, and traditional vibes. The rowing boat ride was a highlight and gives a different view of the market. It can feel a bit touristy and crowded, but still worth visiting once for the experience.

It’s build it area but still look nice . the floating boat was a bit disappointing, its was short timeing. the food inside is good and show are amazing. I think the best place to buy souvenirs, cheaper here and you deal with them for discounts.

Enjoyed visiting the Floating markets. After walking in, there’s a shop on the right. $500 baht and you’re dressed in traditional costume, more than 20 photos are taken of you which are digitally emailed to you. one of your choosing is printed out. You get to wear the costume the entire time you’re at the markets. The smooth boat ride is one way and provides a great perspective. In costume slowly meander you’re way past all the different shops and boats interacting with locals. I had a lot of fun. Plenty of photo opportunities.

Overall, this place is very pleasant. to visit. At the Pattaya floating market, you can get a complete experience, starting from an authentic Thai floating market, the experience of riding a boat through the market, delicious Thai snacks, experience wearing traditional clothing, to varied arts and cultural performances. This place is Muslim friendly because it provides a prayer room (which is near the entrance) and several halal food sellers. If you are carrying a suitcase or large bag that is quite heavy/inconvenient, at the front adjacent to the ticket purchase area there are paid suitcase/bag storage lockers available.

highly recommended! make sure to have plenty of time as this place you will spend at least 2-3 hours just taking in the beautiful carvings. definitely recommend you listen to the tour guide before venturing off as this place has a lot of meaning behind each of the carvings.
