After uploading photos of my accommodation confirmation and the luggage I wanted to send, the front desk informed me the next day that they would provide luggage tags to fill out. No need to carry them along the way when exploring the city, no need to put in the locker and going back to station and carry them up and down the station. They would ask you to upload the pictures of the luggage and bring it to the hotel reception by 9:00am. Then once it is picked up and delivered, you will get notified as well. In my experience, the delivery is earlier than the time I selected for pick-up. Highly recommend!

Smooth luggage delivery process. Just head to the counter which is to the extreme right of the arrival exit, show your booking and write down your details on tags which they will attach to your luggage. we dropped off our luggage at 10.30am and it was delivered at around 7.45pm to our hotel in Ikebukuro.

Highly recommended! We were transferring to another hotel and instead of going there early to check in ourselves, our luggages were delivered and brought to our room while we spent the rest of the day exloring the city. They update us when they pick up and drop off the luggages.
