Same-day Luggage Delivery Service by ecbo (Haneda Airport to Tokyo Hotels)

We arrived very early that day and hotel check in was at 3pm. Rather than take our bags everywhere with us all day. We used this service. Our bags arrived at 7pm that night. Great service. Very efficient. And a good idea. Well worth the price. It made our day navigating public transport much easier.

a bit hard to find location, even with Google maps. small kiosk to the right of the keiyku ticket/gate entrance after Travelx. booked the moment we landed. when we went to kiosk out booking was not yet confirmed and took several minutes to find reservation. but after that, everything was smooth. luggage arrived safely to our hotel. don't know what time it arrived but since we were back to hotel by 9am, hotel had already left luggage in our room. thos service allowed us to go directly from airport to Disney! most affordable luggage service we have found so far.

Counter staff is patient and speaks English. Luggage was delivered same day, before 6pm. Small counter at HND T3, L2, towards the subway entrance. I was able to buy on Klook the day itself and it's so much cheaper than using Yamato. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much, this made it so much easier to start my adventure hassle free. The desk was a little harder to find, if you are looking directly at the information desk, it's beyond the turning on the right by 25 meters of so. The staff was super patient and friendly. The luggage arrived at 5pm, which was perfect as I didn't need it before then. If you are starting your day with an early landing, I definitely recommend using this, you can spend your day hassle free!

this little gem is tucked around the corner, diagonal from the information booth in arrivals. incredibly easy service, our luggage was waiting for us in the hotel room and we got to go play immediately after landing. VERY convenient...somebody please do this in the States!

Very easy to locate the counter at Haneda Airport, just near the Keikyu ticket-selling machine. The process is also fast & simple, reconfirm the hotel location & name, then hand over the luggage to the counter in charge, every done. Before 8 pm received at the Hotel.
