Driver is friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate. The van are spacious but the chair are not as comfortable for a long ride. Would be better if there is an option for a car or mpv instead. but all and all booking is fast and easy. just that the hour that we book is inclusive together with the journey so, if you extend an hour for them to pick you up, make sure to pay for two hour, as they calculate on the journey to reach your hotel too.

Our driver arrived on time. We were a group of 6 and all our luggages fit comfortably. We had 6 check in and 6 hand carry. The van was very spacious. The driver also helped us with the luggages. Definitely recommend!

the driver was on time . the company sent the details a day in advance and the driver also contacted me beforehand thru WhatsApp . it was very simple and easy. we booked a sedan since we were only 2 adults and 2 kids and we didn’t have any luggage , we were returning the same day . smooth experience thru Klook
