Hwadam Botanic Garden & Nami Island Spring Flowers Day Tour

It turns out there was only 2 of us. But the company didnt change to a smaller car and still proceed with a 9 seater MPV for our comfort. And Heather was truly enthusiastic and genuine. She also bought corn for us out of her own pocket money to surprise us after our railbike activity. Love this day tour!

The two tour guides were very kind and friendly. Under the leadership of Shanmei, we had a perfect experience of this one-day tour. Except for Hetanlin Park, all the other attractions on this trip were very interesting.

Nami island not enough time to explore, just 1 hour including queue for cruise transfer, the guide driving skill quite rude.

Tan Helin is great, but the tour guide and tour leader are terrible. There is almost no introduction. The museum in the middle is not worth taking such a long car to go to. It can even be removed.

The tour guide is very kind ♡ Taking a one-day tour saves you the trouble of transportation. It would be better if you can stay longer. Hetanlin is really beautiful, but this year’s maple leaves are a pity. This is the place where I saw the most maple leaves during this trip. This is it. Because of the heavy rain, many places were completely covered with dirt 😂

was an ok tour. pretty pricey for the hwadam forest that we didn't manage to get on the monorail for unfortunately which would have been the highlight... the museum & healing place was ok though I felt to was just added in to 'complete & bulk' the tour. most of us didn't even bother with the last plc which was the healing place & just sat out 1.5 hours at the Cafe just to wait for the bus to send us back... the tour guide Stephanie was ok. didn't provide much info etc & only spoke in the bus or out when needed. overall can pass... the only consolation was the sights at hwadam at least justified the traveling etc

Signed up for sheep ranch in yangpyeong. Only realised change in itin the day before. Guide asked company which said there was a change in itin and I was informed over email. I did not find such email in spam. Anyway, guide Stephanie was very good and clear in her job, and Hwadam was beautiful. So, it was still a good trip overall. The art museum was a waste of time. Could have save the 2h and gone earlier to Hwadam.

hwadam forest was the most beautiful place we visited in our South Korea trip. highly recommend especially for nature lovers. we came during fall season and every part of this forest was so pretty to look at in photos and even more so in person. we recommend riding the monorail halfway, either up or down. We wished we had more time at Hwadam forest. The Stay healing was also very nice, especially the wild garden. Very aesthetic and relaxing. We also got to see and feed the Alpacas there. Koo Museum was also nice. Art lovers would love it there but those who are not into art may not enjoy it that much. Overall, this tour was THE highlight of our South Korea trip and we highly recommend it to everyone.

This tour trip is a kind of fraud. In Ads made it like Hwadam is the highlight but totally fake. They took us to Hwadam only at 3.30 pm that means we only have 1.5 hour to have daylight. I can't take nice photo/videos with daylight, must use my mobile to adjust the light. After 5pm everything is dark already. The place doesn't have much lighting. Spending waste time in the Stay Healing Park from 9.30-12.30 just to see the dried flowers/trees & having lunch. Koo house is another 1.5hrs for nothing much to see. The tour guide is not friendly too. She didn't have a sense of tour guide. When at Hwadam, I want to buy monorail ticket, she told me to buy at 5pm but no daylight already then, too dark. Lucky, I disagreed and bought 4.30pm instead, still have 30mins for daylight. The ticket machine was slow, she even cursed the machine in front of me. How impolite behavior. Seems like the tour company only book the Hwadam ticket because in evening has less people. No intention to show how nice the place is. Better don't buy this tour. if you can do, go by yourself in daytime and see beauty scenery. I'll go by myself next year too. Pay a bit more for car rental but worth your precious time.
