- Please present your passport to the operator before receiving the scooter
- Please bring your valid motorcycle license at all times
- Present your driving license to the operator before claiming the scooter. You also need to submit a copy of your ID card or passport upon receiving the scooter
- Please ensure the your name at the checkout page matches your ID and passport details
- One day scooter rental is counted per 24 hours basis. If the scooter is delivered to your hotel at 09:00 on 1 Jun, you must return the unit at 09:00 on 2 June
- For safety reasons, only a maximum of 2 persons will be allowed on the scooter at all times
- Scooter or motorbike will be delivered with a minimum of 1 liter of fuel. Please return the scooter with the same amount of fuel upon renting
- You are not allowed to bring the scooter outside of Nusa Penida Island
- It is compulsory to use helmet for both driver and passenger
- Some path in Nusa Penida is not well constructed and might be dangerous. Please book a scooter tour if you are a beginner driver or opt to hire a guide/driver of your scooter. The guide can help you to navigate the road of Nusa Penida

The shop is conveniently located near the port. Although no proper documentation or guidance on using the scooter was required, the scooter was in good condition. We successfully visited Broken Beach and Kelingking Beach using it. However, the helmets could use some upgrades and better maintenance.
Take a boat from Sanur Matou to Padar Island to pick up the car, and then cycle along the road to visit the scenic spots
Their communication was great. Picking up the Scooters was so easy. The guy was waiting at the ferry Port for us. It was a lot of fun.
Great service, lot's of fun. The guy was there to great us and the scooter was ready to go. Returning the scooter was easy as well.
Motorbike conditions all very nice and clean especially the helmets smells nice and do not have any disgusting smell😭(as we heard a lot of bad comments about the helmets online n we really scared 😭) they really washed both motorbike n helmets properly before turn over to us!🥰 We also extended the rental 4days and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended for someone who is planning to rent motorbike in Bali!
The shop is 5 min frm the harbour. Got the Scooty within a min . Only drawback was the scooty was not in a healthy condition. I would suggest if you are in nusa penida pls book a Yamaha a big scooty.
cleanliness: 2/10 service: fast response. They will remind you a day before and asked your boat/arrive details. Please invest for comfort scooter. You will ride along with rocky roads
I would not recommend booking a bike rental in advance. It’s much easier to rent one when you arrive, as there are new bikes just a few minutes from the port. The bike I rented was broken and unsafe, and no alternative was provided. The whole process was complicated and confusing, which made for a frustrating experience.
very unprofessional. I arrived in front of the shop at 8.30am, the shop was not open yet. someone else happened to be there helping to contact the PIC. the motor that wants to be given to me is very bad and dirty. the condition of the motor is very unsafe. I have not used this khimat even though I have paid in full. I rented a motorbike in another place. Very disappointing service.
