- There are no lockers/storage facilities available at the venue. Please ensure that your bags are within 25 x 17 x 9" (63 x 43 x 22 cm) in size
- Access to the observatory is only allowed through the elevator. The use of the staircase is only in the event of an emergency
- Please note that due to weather conditions, the visibility from the observatory may vary and in the event of poor visibility, signage will be posted at the Box Office
- Participants may purchase snacks and beverages at the Sky View Cafe
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

Easy redemption of Klook voucher at the ticketing desk. Fantastic views all round of Seattle, including the distant mountain ranges on a clear day. Best part it that crowd is light. Has a bar counter and some seats. Can’t recommend more!

I discovered the miracle of Klook when searching online for discount tickets in Seattle. I visited during the daytime. After scanning the voucher at the reception, I was immediately guided to the elevator, which was smooth. The day I visited was sunny, and I was able to see not only the city of Seattle, but also the locations of suburban tourist spots such as Mount Rainier and Olympic National Park, which was great. It's also close to Pike Place Market, so I thought it was worth visiting.

Klook provided redeemed tickets, but when I arrived, the staff informed me I couldn't enter. I'm very disappointed. I've always used Klook to buy tickets successfully before, so I hope this is an isolated incident. The image is for reference, as I couldn't enter and therefore don't have photos of this attraction.
