It’s a very disappointing so called guided tour. Our tour guide failed to highlight the pride & precious National Park. Basically we paid for transportation only. We were dumped at Seoraksan for 3.5h without a single information from our guide, Seo. He told there’s NOTHING much up there the cable car. So majority of this group did not follow the cable car. But truly regret when I knew there’s great scenery up there. I tried to buy the tickets, but all nearest time tickets were sold out. What a trip! Travelled 3hx2 but most of us were hanging out at coffee shop& restaurants at Seoraksan only! What’s more terrible, we were cramped the whole trip in the tiny little van. Not worth the time & money. Hope the local company hires better quality tour guide to make the tourists feel good during their trip in Korea.

The trip was very punctual and i liked the trip a lot as the trip was run on a mini bus instead of a standard bus. Though the weather was bad, i could enjoy this trip pretty much. Thanks Klook !

Mount Seorak and Naksansa Temple both have scenic views. Tour guide Patrick was nice and good looking :) Overall, we had fun and enjoyed the tour.

Very easy to communicate with our tour guide since he is fluent in English. Our tour was also on time and didn’t encounter any problems during the trip.

The tour was well organised. Our guide, Seo is nice and friendly. He gives a nice smile when he sees us. Instructions given were clear. Overall, it was a great trip to Seoraksan and Naksan with such beautiful sceneries.

Fantastic trip. Eventhough Mt Seorak is the main agenda , the side visit to Naksan temple was equally nice.
  • Yang 29 Mar 2018
The chartered bus was very squeezed which caused much discomfort for us. It can only fit up to around 22 to 23 people thus requiring everyone to squeeze with each other. However the tour guide Finn was welcoming and friendly.

Patrick was an excellent guide and made the trip comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for people who enjoy natural scenery especially during winter and spring season!!
