• The itinerary vehicles will be arranged as 5-9 seaters based on the actual number of travelers on the day. Each vehicle will carry a maximum of no more than 8 people, ensuring 1 proper seat per person.
• The ropeway operates rain or shine. In the event of strong winds or heavy rainfall, the scenic area may temporarily suspend ropeway operations. If cancelled, we will contact you in advance to modify your alternative itinerary. In heavy rain, the government may cancel the bamboo rafts. If cancelled, we will arrange an alternative experience or refund the portion related to the bamboo rafts. Light rain does not affect the bamboo rafts.
• At least 1 day before departure, we will send the specific pick-up time, driver's name, and vehicle information via WeChat, WhatsApp, or email.
• It is recommended to wear/bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a waterproof phone pouch (for the bamboo raft), and a sun-protective jacket.
• Lunch is not included; the driver can recommend local restaurants.
• After placing the order, you need to provide the name on your passport, passport number, and nationality.
• During the high-water season, taking a bamboo raft allows you to bring a light set of spare clothes to avoid catching a cold from getting your clothes wet. Remember to hold on tightly to your mobile phone and do not stand up on the bamboo raft.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
