CHEF Show - the next generation of BIBAP!

The show was entertaining. The actors had interactions with the audience. I was surprised because I booked a standard ticket but was converted to VIP. I was lucky because the show was not fully booked that day. The only downside was finding the location. It took me a longer time to reach the exact location of the theater.

The CHEF Show is a performance where actors use their voices to produce and exaggerate all sorts of sounds, similar to what you might see in an animated film. It’s a unique experience that combines dance, music, and interaction among the artists. The show unfolds in five parts, each exploring a different culinary story, all expressed through music and dance. You’ll be transported into the culinary universe, entertained by talented artists who will make you laugh and engage with the performance.

Fun and entertaining show. Quite interactive as they invite quite many guests to stage. The venue is a bit difficult to find as it is on the 5th floor of a not-easy-to-recognize building.

Watching it for the second time, although the actors have changed, it is still very exciting and funny! The audience mainly speaks Mandarin, so the actors all speak a small amount of Mandarin, so there is no problem understanding the performance! However, the venue is so big that only the first few rows of spectators can interact with each other when throwing sandbags. It would be a better experience if you could step off the stage and interact with the spectators at the back! Moreover, it is really difficult to find the entrance to the new venue. You have to go to the theater on the 4th floor and then go up to the venue on the 5th floor. It would be better and more convenient if there are clear signs near the subway station!

Because we trusted the recommendation from netizens too much, we couldn't find the correct location at all. Then we thought we could look for it through the email sent by klook. Fortunately, we found the location and successfully found and watched the show. We were a little late and were originally worried that we wouldn't be able to go in to watch, but as soon as the staff saw us, they immediately took us into the performance venue, which was great. Because I was late, I didn’t see a little bit of the previous part. I couldn’t understand it at all at first and felt very bored. I couldn’t understand the younger brother next to me and kept laughing until his father reminded me to calm down🤣. From the second paragraph, I already understood it. Fortunately, I brought my children to watch it. It was fun and interesting, but at the end there was no photo session with the actors, which I deeply felt was a pity. (Because you can take photos with the actors in the Nanta show).

Compared with Nanta Show and Graffiti Show, Bibimbap Show’s language ability is a little higher. There are some scenes where I don’t quite understand what I’m doing. We arrived with 5 minutes left, but the staff had tickets ready and waiting, so there was no danger.

After seeing the introduction in the comment, I watched this show for the first time. It is really beautiful and worthy of recommendation👍🏼👍🏼 The beatboxing, dancing and singing are all very exciting, a lot of interaction and very funny, and because there are Chinese-speaking groups in the audience (?), Therefore, the performers all speak a small amount of Chinese, which adds a sense of intimacy😚

go see this show! this troupe is hilarious and they do a great job engaging the audience. when we left we were pumped and excited to check them out on YouTube. if they tour the US I’d def go see them again!
