About this product
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of PHP 1000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- If the daily data limit has been reached, internet browsing speeds will drop to 3G.

Activation procedure
- Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all 3 indicator lights will flash green
- The indicator will light up in succession as the hotspot connects to a local network
- When not in use, the device should be switched off
- Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all lights go off
Pick-up information
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- A deposit of PHP1000 will be charged upon pick-up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
- Simply select your required number of days when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, you can pay for extra days upon returning the device
Drop-off/return Information
- Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

This is my 2nd time to purchase this service. Last time through NAIA Terminal 3, this time through NAIA Terminal 1. I just wanted to note that the stall opens 6AM, so if you're flight is earlier than 6AM, you would need to reconsider since you won't be able to retrieve the device. Stall was easy to find - just after security check. Dropoff is before you exit the arrival door. I received reimbursement of deposit, 1 working day - I returned device Saturday night and had my reimbursement Monday morning. GCASH account is a must for reimbursement. STRONG CONNECTION! Really made my US trip bearable - since I had to be connected all the time for Google maps, uber, among others.
On the POSITIVE side: This made our New York trip tour easier! Strong signal and 5 mobile phones were connected at the same time. We did not experience any connectivity issues, whether we are on the road (inside vehicle) or at major tourist attractions. ☺️ The pick up point at NAIA Terminal 3 was also easy to find - JUST AFTER SECURITY Screening. Drop off location "might" be challenging to find especially if a lot of carts are parked at Bay 8. But not really a problem. My PHP1,000 security deposit was reimbursed to me via GCASH in LESS than 7 days after return. By far, the least number of days compared to other providers I used. I appreciate that the company facilitated my refund even though I forgot to send them video of myself returning the item. I have it but I forgot to send them through email.; On the NEGATIVE Side: You need to have a GCASH account for they will ask to have a screenshot of your profile. Their only mode of reimbursement at this time is GCASH, so you need to have an account. It's not really an issue but you have to be prepared to show your GCASH account upon pick up. OVERALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
