• Because the "Heaven Lake" of Changbaishan is one of the scenic spots of Changbaishan (a natural landscape that may be open or closed at any time), if Heaven Lake is not open [no compensation], you can simply tour the other five major scenic spots normally.

• Return and disperse at the dispersal point, offering three drop-off locations: Yanji West High-Speed Railway Station, Xiangyu Hotel near the Internet-famous wall, and All Seasons Hotel opposite the Yanji Old Railway Station.
• No tour guide will be arranged for groups with fewer than 7 people. Only a driver will be provided for free exploration within the scenic area. There is no tour guide accompanying the tour.
• Whether Tianchi can be seen is a matter of force majeure. The scenic area will open or close Tianchi in real-time based on the day's weather changes, provided safety is not compromised. Therefore, whether you can see Tianchi is entirely up to luck!
• Bookings are not accepted for the following types of guests: people prone to motion sickness or seasickness, pregnant women, and wheelchair users.
• No drones, no smoking in the vehicle, no drinking alcohol in the vehicle, no dining in the vehicle, no graffiti, no damaging the environment, no picking plants, no feeding animals
• Wearing [clothing that may cause discomfort or offense to others] is prohibited, and wearing [clothing that may be mistaken for performers or staff] is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to carry all pets, weapons and explosives, flammables, hazardous chemicals, dangerous tools, other unlisted prohibited items of the departure and destination countries, alcohol, and drugs.

• Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) are classified as children. According to traffic regulations, holding infants or children in arms is not permitted. All children traveling must purchase a seat fee. If any unnotified children are present and the tour guide discovers overloading on the day of the trip, the guide has the right to refuse boarding for the guests. Thank you for your understanding.
• Meals are not included in the itinerary; otherwise, there are no self-funded items and no shopping. This is a pure sightseeing quality tour with no agency-arranged shopping stops throughout the entire trip. There may be merchandise departments in scenic spots during the itinerary, but none of these are arranged by our agency. Please choose carefully.
• Because tickets for Changbaishan are released 15 days in advance, orders need to be placed ahead of time. Placing orders too close to the date may result in ticket time slots that differ from other guests, leading to a later entry into the mountain gate, and the return trip must be at a unified time.
• For tourists needing to return via the Changbaishan High-Speed Railway Station, please make your own way from the Changbaishan North Scenic Area Distribution Center to the Changbaishan High-Speed Railway Station. For tourists needing to return via the Yanji High-Speed Railway Station, you may get off at Yanji West Station. (It is recommended that returning tourists purchase train tickets for departures after 20:00.)
