• During the tour, groups of 6 or more people will travel in vehicles equipped with Nappa business vans; groups of fewer than 6 people will use 7-seater vehicles.
• Luggage restriction: Due to vehicle model and passenger capacity limitations, each person is allowed to carry one 26-inch suitcase. If this rule is exceeded and results in an inability to carry the load, the guests shall be responsible for their own liability.
• The tour guide will contact you proactively one day before the tour departs; please keep your mobile phone accessible. If you will be on a plane or cruise ship the day before the departure, please inform us promptly so we can contact you in advance.
• If you are traveling with children (under 8 years old), please be sure to inform customer service in advance when booking and provide information such as the children's ages, to ensure child seats ($20/time) can be prepared ahead of time. If a safety seat cannot be arranged in a timely manner due to failure to provide the above information, it may lead to itinerary delays until the child seat is ready. Any delay fees arising from this and losses incurred due to the provision of infant/child seats will be borne by the guests themselves (including but not limited to the rental fees for infant/child seats, fines incurred for violating relevant laws and regulations by failing to place infants/children in child seats, and related costs arising from points deducted or suspension of the driver/guide's license, as well as guest complaints).
