Seven Magic Mountains, Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon West Tour

Ordering was intuitive and convenient. The original Chinese tour I booked was canceled due to insufficient participants, but the travel agency notified me in advance and responded promptly when I reconfirmed, which put my mind at ease and gave me time to make alternative arrangements. Later, I booked the same itinerary, just switching from a Chinese-speaking group to an English-speaking one. This travel agency (MAX TOUR) is very well-organized; they sent out detailed pickup and meeting point information the day before the activity. They were punctual, polite, and well-prepared with supplies. Chad, our guide and driver, took meticulous care of every group member, drove smoothly and safely, and provided professional and humorous commentary about the sights along the way (even though my English isn't great, the relaxed atmosphere in the car and frequent laughter gave me a good sense of it). Time management was excellent; he also made sure to schedule stops for everyone to stretch, rest, and use the restroom. After the activity, he dropped off group members at their hotels one by one. The entire trip was very comfortable.

A nice tour which is operated by Max Tour, our guide Celeste is friendly and giving us a lot of information regarding the tour, eating places and many more. Snacks and waters are provided throughout the tour.

Overall it was great! We got to see 3 spots and 1 bonus spot (if there’s time). The bus was also not crowded - maybe just about 13 people including the tour guide. Chad, the tour guide, was very informative and made us feel safe and excited. Truly there was unli snacks and water. Wish the grand canyon view was the north/south but the west view was still a good one.

Pick up was on time, Brian is an great tour guide, helped everyone to take good photos at every stop and explains to us many things. They provide drinks from drinking water to soda or coffee and snacks you can take to bite along the way! Definitely worth to book and it’s time efficient if you wanna visit few location in short amount of time

Tour was like a small private group of 14pax where the guide doubled up as driver. Overall it’s an enjoyable tour as the guide took good care of us, gave history of places we passed by and took pretty photos for us! Bonus is the unlimited water, drinks (like bottles coffee, juice, etc) and snacks!

It was the best experience! My tour guide was Tran. He knew all the best spots for photos and took so many for me! He also provided a lot of explanations and was very entertaining. As for the tour itself, an email arrived the day before with the pickup time at the hotel. In our case, we were picked up at 6:30 AM. Although Japanese isn't supported, I think it would be fine for someone who knows a little English. There were plenty of snacks and water, which was very helpful! I truly had a great time! I highly recommend it 🤍

Our tour guide Phill is a friendly and humourous guy. We were highly entertained during the long drive. Thanks Phill for the food recommendations and for throwing in the bonus stops! Tour van is big, clean and comfortable. Unlimited snacks and chilled drinks (nt just water) are provided. We got picked up and dropped off at our hotel so that was convenient. Highly recommend this activity to all!

This day tour is nothing short of amazing! Our tour guide and driver Chad is very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, professional and drives safely. The amount of snacks and drinks provided to us were plenty and lasted us, the whole group, the whole day with some to spare and Chad gladly offered some of it for us to take home!

Yesterday, we had an incredible experience on our Grand Canyon tour. Our entire group loved it, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Bobby. He was always super attentive, friendly, and willing to help. It's very clear that he enjoys his job and likes to ensure his visitors have a great time. The van was very comfortable and spacious, and the small group size made the experience even better. We also loved the photo opportunities and all the fun things Bobby did along the way to keep us entertained and make the journey as enjoyable as the destination. I highly recommend this tour, and especially Bobby! Thank you for such an incredible experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guide was amazing! Played all the music I listened to in the van and since he saw I was a solo traveler, he helped to take some great pictures for me and also brought me to a nice photo spot after we saw the Joshua Trees. Didn't even realise that seeing Joshua Trees was part of the tour itinerary! We also had ample time at the multiple locations on the tour and got to the Seven Magic Mountains before the crowd, which is great so you have the place to yourself and can get in some good pictures. Definitely recommend this fuss-free tour as it covers all the spots you want to see in a single trip.
