It was a wonderful experience. Our facilitator, Andiya was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the concepts with simple and easy to understand terms. Other than the theory, we got to try pour over method and learn how to appreciate the coffee. Strongly recommended!

Bali Travel Essential 🌴 Starbucks Reserve Dewata Coffee Class (Harmony of Coffee & Food) If I had to pick the most special experience in Bali, it would definitely be the coffee class I attended at Starbucks Reserve™ Dewata! The class I participated in was "Harmony of Coffee & Food," where we learned about pairing Indonesian beans with food. ✨ Two Indonesian Coffee Beans Indonesia Aceh: A bean with an attractive, unique, and heavy flavor of sweet tobacco and plantain! Indonesia Bali Batur Volcano: An appealing bean with a refreshing frangipani floral aroma and sweet-and-sour salak (snake fruit) notes! The professional barista carefully prepared pour-over coffee right in front of us. I was first captivated by the aroma of the coffee spreading before my eyes, and as I compared the acidity and body while drinking, the world of coffee felt much deeper. ☕ Adding sweet and savory food pairings like quiche Lorraine, Danish, and scones made for a truly perfect harmony. 🥐🥧 After the class, I received a wonderful certificate with my name on it, along with a Dewata limited-edition gift set (including Bali Batur Volcano beans, a Starbucks pen, etc.)! I felt truly happy and pampered. 🎁 If you're going to Bali, I highly recommend booking and experiencing this special coffee class that satisfies all your senses, rather than just drinking coffee! 👍

The latte art class I attended this time was an excellent experience! The Starbucks classroom environment was very comfortable, with elegant decor and plenty of natural light, allowing everyone to fully relax and immerse themselves. The instructor's explanations were professional and clear, providing meticulous guidance from frothing milk to latte art techniques. It was incredibly satisfying to personally craft a cup of creamy latte. This was a double delight for both sight and taste, and definitely worth recommending!

It was truly an experience we will always treasure. Bali is well known for its rich coffee beans, along with its wide variety of coffee shops and unique coffee-making techniques. If you're a coffee lover, this experience is definitely a must-try. Our barista, Andi, was very proficient in English and answered all our questions with ease. He clearly explained the procedures and even shared the science behind coffee making. You could really tell that he is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about his craft. Overall, the experience was holistic, unique, and unforgettable—something you can truly appreciate at Starbucks Diwata. If you ever get the chance to visit, make sure to give it a try. It’s one of the best ways to immerse yourself in Bali’s coffee culture.

It was a great class experience! The instructor was very kind and patiently guided us! The environment was beautiful and comfortable! The coffee was delicious! Even though my latte art wasn't great, I had a wonderful time!

The experience includes tastings of rare, single-origin coffees—both Indonesian (Sumatra, Bali, Java) and global beans—using manual methods like Chemex, pour-over, and siphon. We did the Latte Art or Espresso Basics class, paired with food tastings that elevate the Harmony of Coffee & Food concept. Every guest receives a commemorative pin, a bag of beans, and an apron. Our Starbucks Master was very helpful and excited to show us all about tasting and pairing. Highly recommend.

I want to thank you for the amazing time I had today at the latte art workshop. Special thanks to Chikita/Chiki who was so patient, kind and super sweet to teach me latte art. She is great! And I loved the overall experience because of her teaching style. Overall this latte art workshop is something that I’ll recommend to all my friends. You guys are doing a great job!! I was thrilled to receive a latte art participation certificate and a goodie bag that had Cofee beans, 1 apron, a pen and notebook. How thoughtful. I will totally recommend this workshop to all my friends wanting to learn latte art.

Very well worth the money. Very educational and a must have for those who go to Bali for a coffee journey. Our instructor, Andi is friendly and shows good knowledge. As well as attentive to our needs. 5/5 stars
