• Minors under the age of 18 must join the tour accompanied by an adult, and the adult who registers together with them shall act as their guardian during the tour. Travelers aged 60 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by family members in order to travel. We do not accept patients, pregnant women, or individuals with limited mobility: those suffering from serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, postoperative recovery periods, etc.), pregnant women, and individuals with limited mobility are asked for your understanding.
• Original ID cards, passports, or Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are required to enter all scenic spots. Please make sure to bring the identification documents you used when placing your order. Any additional expenses incurred due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, resulting in failure to enter the scenic spot, shall be borne by yourself.
• Passengers holding a passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents must provide a photo of the information page of their document when purchasing bullet train tickets. After your order is confirmed, please send your order number and photos of the information pages of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address indicated on the confirmation as soon as possible.
• Hotel check-in is generally after 14:00. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the front desk and walk around the hotel to wait a bit. Some hotels require a deposit at the front desk upon check-in, which will be refunded upon departure under normal circumstances without special issues. Please check out before 12:00 on your last day.
• Hotel twin rooms are arranged by default, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a single room supplement.
• If you meet the current free-admission policy of the respective scenic spot on that day and belong to the group eligible for free admission, ticket refunds will not be based on the scenic spot's published rack rate. Instead, the refundable amount will be calculated and refunded in accordance with the travel agency's group discount policy.
• Sightseeing durations, assembly times, and disbandment times are for reference only; please refer to the actual notifications. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the resulting losses. Any increased expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
• During this itinerary, there may be souvenir shops located inside some scenic spots and near stops along the way. Rest stops (water replenishment points, restrooms) and convenience stores along the route are not considered shopping stops. Souvenirs and local specialties sold by local residents are not services provided by our agency; please exercise caution when purchasing to avoid being scammed.
• The plateau region has a dry climate, intense sunlight, and strong ultraviolet rays. Guests are advised to bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm, and other items. The temperature difference between morning and evening in the plateau region is large, so please prepare long-sleeved shirts, pants, and cold-weather clothing. In addition, it is recommended to carry cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, diazepam, headache powder, and other medications to prevent physical discomfort caused by altitude sickness. During the trip, if you feel any discomfort, please notify the tour service personnel and the travel agency immediately, and let the service personnel assist you in seeking medical attention and follow the doctor's advice.
