- Collect the audio guide from the GVAM service counter after passing through access control; rental is valid only on the selected visit date

- By train: Take the regional train from Madrid Atocha or Chamartin toward Segovia and get off at Navas de Riofrio. The Royal Palace is approximately a 1 km walk from the station. Alternatively, take the AVE service connecting Madrid, Segovia, and Valladolid
- By car: From Madrid, take the A-6/AP-6/AP-61 toward Segovia. Alternatively, travel via Villalba and La Granja using the M-601, or via San Rafael using the N-603 and continue to the SG-721 junction
