Reviews
On time, clean and interesting. Nice scenery. The driver is humorous and interesting.
The guide was very friendly and nice. However, the air conditioning on the bus was too weak, so it was really hot. It was probably cooler outside. The schedule was informative and fun. It would be really nice if the air conditioning on the bus was improved.
The tour guide and driver are OK, but your company's customer service Zin.F service attitude is really bad, which completely affects the company's image. How should I deal with problems when I encounter them? There is a free lunch in this itinerary. Please correct me, but the price/performance ratio of this tour is too low. I just tried to patronize your company, but your customer service really needs to be improved, especially Zin.F. They are completely indifferent to customer requests, don't answer questions, and have a bad attitude! Alas😮💨, I hope your company can improve. If not, I believe the number of customers will decrease! thx
the driver/guide was a funny guy… the itinerary was just right for the day
Massive thank you to our tour guide Dino. Love the tour arrangement and we got to see a lot in a single day. Garlic prawns lunch was so yummy too. Will surely come back next time.
The service provider was E Noa, and our guide Chelsea was very nice. Would have given it a 5 star review if we had actually followed the itinerary online. The 2 stops that we didn't visit are: Hanauma Bay Lookout & Halona Blowhole and Cove.
Mighty Mo was very informative and always made sure that everyone was taken care of. Lunch served was very tasty although it is highly recommended that we are asked for any food allergies when the meal orders are taken as I had an allergic reaction to MSG.
The tour guide was really informative and friendly! He well planned and provided us a great experience!
Knowledgeable and entertaining driver however only short amounts of time at each stop, keep this in mind if you’re wanting a really good look around anywhere
I Booked the tour and showed up the next day on time to find out the driver had left me already. I never received a phone call or anything. HORRIBLE communication. & I’m still waiting on a refund
