• This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• AQUAFIELD admission is not included in the Starfield Hanam Round-Trip Transportation option. Guests who wish to visit AQUAFIELD must purchase admission separately.
• Infants under 24 months may join free of charge with valid proof of age.
• Children under 36 months are not provided with sauna clothing or towels.
• AQUAFIELD Jjimjil Spa admission is valid for up to 6 hours from entry. Additional charges apply if the 6-hour usage limit is exceeded.
• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting AQUAFIELD.
• Mixed-gender bathing is not permitted for children aged 48 months and above in accordance with Korean regulations.
• Photography and video recording are not permitted inside locker rooms and sauna areas.
• AQUAFIELD operates a post-payment locker key system for additional purchases inside the facility.
• Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Apple Pay are not accepted for post-payment transactions. Please prepare cash or a physical credit/debit card accepted in South Korea.
• N Seoul Tower Observatory and Namsan Cable Car tickets are open tickets and are used independently after drop-off at Namsan.
• Return transportation after the Namsan activities is not included.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
