What to bring

• Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full travel services, with no additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
• On the day of the tour, due to road conditions or other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed, so please be aware. The times mentioned above are estimates only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the tour on the same day. Our company will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to delays, and we appreciate your understanding.
• In winter, at every tourist attraction, it may not be possible to enjoy the snow scenery, depending on the weather conditions.
• Bus seating is subject to on-site arrangement and cannot be specified. We appreciate your understanding.
• The meal content may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's ingredients on the day, and will be subject to the actual situation.
• In winter on Mount Haguro, roads are prone to icing and snow accumulation. Please wear warm clothing and non-slip shoes, and bring crampons if possible.
• This itinerary requires long periods of walking in the snow. It is recommended to wear snow-specific shoes to avoid slipping.
• Winter plan: Due to the need to walk on unplowed roads, for safety reasons, only travelers aged 12 to 70 are accepted.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
