Using your ticket

Step 1: After purchase, you'll receive a 10-digit Ticket ID.
Step 2: Register an account on the official GREEN×EXPO 2027 ticketing website (ticket.expo2027yokohama.or.jp).
Step 3: Log in and enter your Ticket ID to link it to your account.
Step 4: Follow the website's instructions to reserve your admission (entry) date.
Step 5: Get your entry QR code from the website, then show it at the gate on your visit day. Note: once a Ticket ID is linked it cannot be transferred, and cannot be reissued if lost or already registered by someone else. Entry is not permitted with the Ticket ID alone — an admission-date reservation must be completed first.
