Very positive experience with this private transfer. The car looked brand new, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, and we got to our destination ahead of the expected time. Great driver!
I booked a city transfer from Sanur to Denpasar airport. I received an email 2 days before the ride, that it was subcontracted to a local transport company. I followed the instruction there to email the subcontracted operator about my updated pick-up address. This operator never replied to my email, until I called them to follow up. When the driver arrived, he told me the toll to the airport. I did not prepare this amount of money and told him to take a route without toll. Then he told me that I had to pay for the drop-off fee at the airport. I would appreciate this operator to tell me the toll and the fee on the phone rather than the very last minute of the trip!
