• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• Please be ready at your hotel's main security gate (Not the inside lobby) 10 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time
• Hotel security gates may restrict external drivers from entering, so meeting at the main gate ensures a prompt and smooth departure
• The drivers can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the gate to avoid delaying other guests on the tour
