Uji Natural Hot Spring Genji-no-Yu Onsen Experience in Kyoto

very fun! they are mostly locals! quite worth the money! for ladies, please bun or use a towel to wrap ur hair. from carbonated hot spring water, dry salt sauna, sauna, cold water, outdoor bath and etc, I have enjoyed myself greatly!! love it. got sushi shop nearby too.

Take a bus to JR Nitta Station or Kintetsu Okubo Station and walk for 10-15 minutes. JR Uji Station also has regular free shuttle buses. There are many locals. After bathing in the hot springs, there are restaurants and massages that you can enjoy at your own expense. Tickets must be verified on the spot by clicking on the link while connected to the Internet, so make sure you have an Internet connection when using it!

It's a public bathhouse in Xintian. There are several kinds of baths you can take a dip in, and there's also a sauna. It's great to soak in the cold water after the sauna to relieve the fatigue of the day. It's much cheaper to book it on klook. It is recommended to drive there if you have a car. It takes 10 minutes to walk from JR Nitta.

It is a joy to explore beautiful hot springs on a rainy night in early autumn. After passing the trail signs, you can find a warm hot spring paradise. The extremely clean and indoor and outdoor hot spring ovens can make travelers tired and enjoy it. Great!

I am sure it would have been a great experience. Unfortunately because of dying wifi device battery we were not able to make it there since we would not know how to navigate back LOL We would definitely go back next time.

It is a 152-minute walk from Kyoto Jr. Nitta or a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Okubo, or there is a free shuttle bus available.

Loved my first onsen experience. The counter staff accepted the Klook voucher with easy. I needed help to understand what is needed to be done once I'm in the onsen and the female staff was really nice to guide me and even demonstrated to me on how to use the shower! After the onsen, I dined inside their restaurant and the food was delicious. it was value for money.

This is my first time to Uji and my first time to go to Uji for a hot spring bath. I didn’t know there is a shuttle service. There is a row of restaurants outside and the locations are very good.

KLook for suggesting an excellent activity that greatly facilitated our trip planning in Japan. Despite booking it last minute, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the onsen closing at 11pm was convenient for us.

Great place to go if you're looking for a traditional onsen. They offer many baths, a sauna, and steam room. Only a 10 minute from train stations.
