NOTICE

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• FROZEN is intended for guests 7 and up.
• All guests require a ticket, regardless of age and should meet the minimum age requirement. (Children aged 6 and under will not be permitted)
• Please be ready to present appropriate documentation (such as a health insurance card, passport, or copy of the resident registration) at the ticket box office upon arrival.
• All children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

WILL CALL GUIDES

• The box office opens 2 hours before each performance for ticket pickup and purchase at the venue (only for performances scheduled on that day).
• Please present your personal ID or reservation number, along with any relevant proof for discounts, at the box office. Note that cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not available after the cancellation deadline.
• Tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged cannot be re-issued, so please keep them safe.
• This event does not offer mail delivery. All tickets must be collected at Will Call on the day of the performance.

THEATER ETIQUETTE & DISCLOSURES

• The use of cameras, camcorders, or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance, including the curtain call.
• We appreciate your cooperation and support.
• Once the performance begins, entry is restricted except at designated times. According to the staff's guidance, you may be seated in designated latecomer seats rather than your assigned seat. You may move to your original seat after the intermission.
• Please be advised that fog effects and strobe lighting are used during certain scenes of the performance.
• The front row and side seats on the first floor offer a close view of the stage, but some seats may have partially restricted views due to in-house structures or equipment. Your view may vary depending on the location of your seat and personal viewing preferences.
• Seats with restricted views include: First floor, 21st row, seat 19 (left) and seat 26 (right); Second floor, 12th row, seats between 16 and 18 and between 26 and 28. These seats have pillars that may obstruct the view. Please consider this before purchasing tickets for these seats.
• For audience safety, handrails/safety bars are installed in front of Rows 1 and 8 of the 2nd floor, and along the aisles of Sections A, B, and C on the 2nd floor. This may cause some inconvenience, so please be aware of the handrails when booking these seats. Please note that changes, cancellations, or refunds due to these factors are not possible.
• The casting schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to the circumstances of the cast or the production company.
• Please be aware that ticket holders are responsible for following the entry regulations. Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

VENUE INFORMATION

• The first floor of the Charlotte Theater's auditorium is located on the building's third floor, while the second floor of the auditorium is on the building's fourth floor. Please keep this in mind during your visit.
• Opera glasses can be reserved online through the Charlotte Theater website up to 2 hours before the performance. Any remaining stock after the reservation deadline will be available for on-site rental.
• Wheelchair seats (R-class) are located at the back of Sections A and C on the 1st floor. Please note that wheelchair access is not available on the 2nd floor. (For inquiries and bookings: +82-2-1877–6077)
• The area around Charlotte Theater (Jamsil Station) is subject to heavy traffic. We strongly recommend using public transportation.
• Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not possible if you are unable to watch the show due to traffic or parking issues.
• Especially on weekends and holidays, parking may be full and take a long time, so please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
• We respectfully decline all gifts, celebration wreaths, and flowerpots sent to the venue. We appreciate your kind thoughts and understanding.

NOTICE ON ILLEGAL TICKET TRANSACTION

• Please be aware that any issues arising from the tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., resale sites, social media, blogs, personal trades) are considered invalid.
• We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party ticket sellers or websites. Holders of such tickets will be denied entry.
• The production company will not mediate or compensate for damages caused by unofficial transactions. Please use only official ticketing channels to ensure entry. We aim to prevent any inconvenience caused by illegal transactions and encourage your cooperation in supporting the growth of the performing arts.
• Tickets purchased through official agents are not eligible for mail delivery. All tickets must be collected at Will Call on the day of the performance.
• To collect your tickets, you must present a valid photo ID or your official booking confirmation.
