• The specific time and location will be subject to the notification the night before (if summer temperatures are high and the sun is strong, departure will be one hour earlier).
• Inner Mongolia has an average elevation of about 1500 meters. Spring brings frequent sandstorms, and summer grasslands and deserts have high temperatures and strong sunlight. Please prepare short-sleeved clothing, sun protection items, and tools. It is recommended to wear travel shoes and bring your own sand protection supplies.
• For safety reasons, minors under 18 and seniors over 65 need to be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.
• During the team itinerary, in principle, early departure or leaving the group midway is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group midway, you must sign a declaration of departure. Any uncompleted parts of the itinerary will be considered as voluntarily forfeited by you, and no fees will be refunded. Tourists are solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing from the group. We appreciate your understanding.
• This product includes a ticket package for a full-price adult ticket. For children, please purchase a half-price ticket or free admission according to the scenic area's regulations. Please be aware.
• If special circumstances are encountered during the trip (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, large crowds in scenic spots, or other force majeure reasons), the guide will reasonably adjust the order of play and the duration of stay in the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. Those who mind should consider carefully before booking.
• Bookings are not accepted for the following types of guests: wheelchair users, pregnant women, individuals with acrophobia, individuals with visual or hearing impairments, individuals prone to motion sickness, individuals with severe allergies, individuals with skin wounds or ulcers, individuals with cardiovascular diseases, individuals with chronic pain, individuals with infectious skin diseases, individuals with epilepsy, and individuals with respiratory system diseases.
• Seniors aged 75 and above are not accepted.
• No bare feet, no eating in the car, no smoking in the car, no drinking in the car.
• It is forbidden to carry or use all pets, alcohol and drugs, flammables, dangerous tools, other unlisted prohibited items from the origin and destination countries, dangerous chemicals, weapons, and explosives.
• It is recommended to bring your ID card (other valid identification documents), sunscreen, food and drinks, a mobile charger, personal medication, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, closed-toe shoes, quick-drying clothes or a change of clothes, rain gear, and mosquito repellent.
