- For individual special needs, the operator may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed
- Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All required admission tickets must be purchased during booking or directly from your guide on the tour day
- Please wear comfortable shoes and bring weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinking water
- Children under 6 may be required by law to use a booster seat. Booster seats are generally not required on coach buses but may be needed for winter tours using vans or minivans. Please contact the operator in advance if required; rental is available upon request
- Please present your order/invoice number, voucher, and photo ID when checking in
- A 10-minute grace period is provided. The operator are not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by late arrival
- Smoking is prohibited on buses, at attractions, and in hotels. Fines of USD 250 or more may apply
- If you need to leave the group, please inform your guide and complete the required form. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour
- Parking is not available at the meeting point, so guests must arrange their own transportation
- The itinerary and vehicle may be changed due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances. Passengers may also be transferred to another vehicle when necessary
- No refunds are provided for unused portions, changed gift vouchers, or tickets
- Terms are subject to change. The operator is not responsible for damages except where required by applicable law
- Pets are not permitted
- A valid and reachable phone number is also required for safety and trip-related communication
- Due to rising fuel prices and increased vehicle operating costs, a transportation surcharge of USD 5 per person per day applies to tours departing from May 18, 2026. The surcharge will be collected by the tour guide during the trip
