Whether a fan of history and politics or not, a visit to the border territory between North and South Korea is an eye-opening experience. You'll travel to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), a buffer between the two sides, and explore historic sites including Imjingak Park, the Freedom Bridge and the secretly dug 3rd Infiltration Tunnel. After stopping for a local lunch, you'll be escorted through the checkpoint at Panmunjom (officially known as the Joint Security Area (JSA)), a supposedly neutral zone in times of war where the two sides met. Here you'll visit Freedom House and learn about the Bridge of No Return and the Ax Murder Incident. At which point you'll be able to say you have technically entered North Korea! If you currently feel like you lack knowledge on the subject, not to fear, you'll be an expert after taking this tour.

Good experience, but the time is a bit rush. Still encourage to join if you are interested in the history of Korea.
It would be better if Mandarin tour or Cantonese tour can be provided
Have to admit that I was initially skeptical but I had a very enjoyable experience! Everything was really well organised! The tour was conducted in English & our tour guide, Sunny, was absolutely fantastic! She was very enthusiastic and informative about the Korean War! Lunch was really good too! We were given ample time to rest, purchase souvenirs & take as many photographs as we liked & I'm very impressed with the entire experience! I highly recommend this to anyone interested!
Compared to most Korea Tours, this maybe is one of the most expensive and exclusive. But it was totally worth it, booking with klook is also very easy and efficient. I have followed up a couple of times, and they have responded promptly. The only major setback was the late (around 20 minutes) pick up time. Not klook's fault, probably the tour operators? And it's not easy to wake up before 7:30am. And since I was picked up late, it seems that they are in a hurry, hence I was not able to choose a seat in the bus as they are just waiting for me to arrive. The tour itself was very educational and enriches one's knowledge to Korean culture. I recommend travelers who's going to S. Korea to attend this tour. The lunch included in the tour was also delicious and authentic Korean (in a traditional Korean restaurant.) It was a little chaotic since we still have to transfer to another bus and tour guide for the continuation of JSA tour. (DMZ in the morning), they could have organized it better.
Really well organised tour with fun guides. Very good at communicating what the situation is, rules and history. Group was a broad mix of people. Lunch was good although if you are vegetarian it could be hit or miss. Recommended.
