VIP Fast Track Service for Immigration at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)

Highly recommend if you really wanna pay extra to skip the lines. When I arrived in Hanoi at around 2PM, there were long rows of people so I was worried there would be a line but I skipped past everyone on the leftmost side of immigration lines. Very smooth experience and straightforward directions. This is a must for Vietnam trips.

I traveled from Hanoi to Da Nang and only had a two-hour layover, so I decided to use this service. I was worried about meeting the staff, but as soon as I got off the plane and walked straight ahead, I saw a staff member holding a sign with my name, which was a huge relief. They guided me to the priority lane. Even with the priority lane, immigration still took about 20 minutes, but the general lane had a very long queue, so I'm glad I booked this service. I had also requested assistance with baggage claim. Afterward, the staff directed me to the shuttle bus stop for domestic flights, telling me to take the green bus from the exit. I successfully made it to my domestic flight on time. I will definitely use this service again if I have a short layover in the future.

I was able to clear immigration in about 5 minutes. I think it is well worth it. It was late at night, but it was quite crowded. By using the fast track, there were fewer than 10 people in line.

The flight itself was very empty since I traveled on a weekday, so I thought immigration wouldn't have much of a line. However, there was quite a queue, which made me realize that booking in advance was definitely the right decision! I received a call from the person in charge the day before, and they handled everything smoothly.

This service was amazing. We were literally walked to the front of the immigration lineup. We suspect we saved at least 1.5 to 2 hours, and it was very easy to spot the sign that we were told to look for. I would highly recommend this if you are flying into Hanoi at a busy time or when there are multiple flights arriving at the same time. Thank you so much.

Everything went great, even though our flight was delayed. The team of 3 people took care of us reliably and friendly at every station. We got through security within a few minutes while the lines next to us kept getting longer and longer. We would use this service again anytime!

Upon arrival, the immigration line was indeed long, but I found the staff from this app. After that, I smoothly bypassed the long line, was shown where to catch the bus, and since they handled my luggage, I was able to transfer terminals with ease. Although the two-hour timeframe was tight, I made it with plenty of time to spare, which was a huge relief! I believe it was well worth the 3,000 yen.
