VIP Fast Track Service for Immigration at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)

Highly recommend if you really wanna pay extra to skip the lines. When I arrived in Hanoi at around 2PM, there were long rows of people so I was worried there would be a line but I skipped past everyone on the leftmost side of immigration lines. Very smooth experience and straightforward directions. This is a must for Vietnam trips.

The flight itself was very empty since I traveled on a weekday, so I thought immigration wouldn't have much of a line. However, there was quite a queue, which made me realize that booking in advance was definitely the right decision! I received a call from the person in charge the day before, and they handled everything smoothly.

The staff was accomodating, esp as my transit flight got delayed to the next date. However at the time of my arrival (~2PM on a Tuesday), there really weren't much lines at the immigration, so all the rep had to do was walk with me towards one of the counters and then he was gone. lol Treat this as a safety net in case you end up with long lines at the immigration.

didn't expect it to be that fast, bypassed the mildy long queue. Staff was very friendly. i recommend checking or researching the crowd situation on the month you are going. My arrival on 19th, it wasn't as crowded, departure on 22nd as well. Timed saved probably around 10mins

Easy to book on Klook. Simple easy to follow instructions on where to meet meant it was worry free. Obviously it depends on how busy the airport is, but our experience meant that we were through immigration and at the baggage carousel before any of the bags had arrived.
