[VIP Fast Track Application Process]

• Please complete your booking at least 3 days before your flight departure. When placing your order, you must provide accurate flight information and the English name on the passenger's passport, as incorrect information may affect on-site reception or service usage.
• Once the information is filled out and the booking is successful, the plan will be arranged, and no separate booking confirmation will be sent.
• You must proactively join the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure and provide your order number to confirm the meeting time and location. Failure to join WhatsApp within the specified time may result in inability to receive smooth on-site service.
• Please use the service in accordance with the immigration or emigration process shown on the product page.
• If children are traveling with you, please provide their "English name on passport" and "date of birth (AD)" in the remarks column for service arrangement.

"Arrival Process"

• After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs for Arrival Immigration to the immigration officer inspection area.
• Before the immigration officer inspection area, look for staff holding a sign with "V.I.P PASS".

"Departure Process"

• After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the airline counter to complete check-in and baggage check-in (arriving too early still requires waiting for the airline counter to open before service can be provided).

• Staff will verify passenger information and guide them to the designated VIP fast track lane.

Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)

• Ho Chi Minh Airport is Vietnam's busiest international airport, with frequent flights and high passenger traffic. Daily from 09:00-18:00 is the peak period for arrivals and departures, and immigration clearance may require waiting for more than 3 hours. This service can significantly reduce waiting time for immigration clearance, but it does not mean no queuing or direct release. Please confirm acceptance before placing an order.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

• Due to different operating regulations at Hanoi Airport, on-site staff for Hanoi arrival services will hold a "WELCOME TO VIETNAM" sign instead of a "V.I.P PASS" sign. Please pay special attention to identification.
• Due to Hanoi Airport operating regulations, on-site staff for departure services cannot greet passengers with a sign. You must proactively join the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure and provide your order number to facilitate subsequent provision of meeting location and reception instructions. Failure to join within the specified time may affect on-site reception arrangements.

[VIP Fast Track Service Information]

• If you have any questions, please contact the supplier using LINE or WhatsApp. (Supported languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean).
• This service is only applicable to international flights. Please ensure that the service airport matches the flight's arrival airport. If incorrect information leads to a mismatch in service arrangement time, it will affect on-site reception, and the passenger will be responsible for any related consequences.
• If changes in flight or other issues prevent arrival as planned, please contact customer service in time. If not notified promptly, you will be responsible for any resulting problems and losses.
• If the ordered service airport clearly does not match the provided flight information, or if incorrect information leads to non-compliance with service conditions and the service cannot be arranged, the order will be canceled and a refund processed.
• Passengers are responsible for preparing a passport valid for more than 6 months and relevant documents and visas for the purpose of entry on the day of service. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or agency services.
• This service is only applicable to e-visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, due to additional waiting and processing time, an on-site waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged. Passengers must prepare relevant forms, photos, and fees themselves.
• Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) when entering Vietnam.
• Children: Refers to those under 11 years old on the day of service. If the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit, no refund will be given.

• According to airport policy, Vietnamese passports cannot use immigration and emigration fast track services. This service is only available at Hanoi Airport. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• For departing passengers, if you use other messaging applications, please provide your WhatsApp number, Line QR, etc. Our operator will contact you at least 2 hours before departure. If you do not contact us for assistance, we may not be able to provide the corresponding service.
• This service is a VIP fast track assistance service. The actual queuing time and clearance speed will depend on the airport's passenger flow and on-site operational arrangements on the day.

• When booking, you must fill in the correct flight number (e.g., VN579). Do not fill in the booking code (e.g., AB3X9Q). If filled incorrectly, service cannot be arranged.
• If the flight is an overnight flight (e.g., departing from 00:00-02:00), please be sure to fill in the actual flight date when booking; for arrival services, please fill in the correct arrival date and time; for departure services, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
• Once the booking is completed and the correct required information is provided, the service is considered arranged, and no separate arrangement completion notification will be provided.
• On-site staff for departure services will only wait for and greet passengers starting 2 hours before the flight departure. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff are waiting, this is a normal operational arrangement.
• On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated fast track lane or enter the immigration officer inspection area, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue to provide assistance. Passengers must remain in the designated lane throughout the process. If they leave or change the fast track lane on their own, the service may be interrupted.
