Cancellation policy

• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made at 1-9 days before the selected activity date
• No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
