Jiangning Imperial Silk Manufacturing Museum

Built on part of the former site of the Jiangning Imperial Silk Manufacture in the Qing Dynasty, and personally designed by the renowned architect Academician Wu Liangyong, it centrally showcases four major themes: "Imperial Silk Manufacture" in one mansion, "Yunjin Brocade" in one museum, "Dream of the Red Chamber" in one building, and "Gardens" in one park. It includes ingeniously designed Jiangnan gardens, antique Cao Family Opera House, and other landscapes, making it an important place to understand the history of Jiangning Imperial Silk Manufacture, Cao Xueqin and the culture of "Dream of the Red Chamber," and Yunjin brocade craftsmanship.
