when we arrived, they tried to tell us our tickets were not valid because we didn't purchase through the alipay or WeChat miniprograms. they asked us to cancel through klook and then buy direct at the counter at a higher rate. we pushed back (mostly because klook wouldn't give us a refund at that point)and they did let us enter with our klook passes, however, the overall experience was poor. there were no other patrons in the exhibit which is understandable because it was quite lackluster. I recommend skipping this attraction.
