we booked the night before. there was a promo which was good for our group. it was easy to use. just present your klook voucher and qr code and they will give ticket and the seat number. everything as smooth! will recommend!
super easy and convenient. after showing the QR code to staff they will arrange seat assignments before boarding the ferry. the ride itself was smooth and comfortable. it only took about 1.5 hours including immigration.
The trip to Macau was to see the VW exhibition and have afternoon tea. The ferry was very stable, so I didn't get seasick, and we arrived quickly. For the return trip in the evening, we came back early and were still able to get seats. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the whole experience felt friendly and efficient.
Boarding with the QR code was very convenient, and the seats were comfortable. It was great to have priority boarding when returning to Hong Kong from Macau, but unfortunately, there was no priority boarding in Hong Kong.
The ferry tickets were easy to pick up, and it was a convenient and quick way to purchase them. The timing was also easy to manage and arrange.
