- The zoo has five designated disabled parking spaces
- Wheelchair rentals are available onsite and should be reserved at least one day in advance at +31-020-523-3670. Limited to 20 wheelchairs (Payable via coin payment of EUR 0.50, EUR 1, or EUR 2)

- All toilets are accessible to all visitors, including those using a wheelchair or a mobility scooter
- Assistance dogs with a valid identification are allowed, except in a few animal enclosures where their presence may cause stress to the animals (A special route, developed in cooperation with Stichting Gebruikers Assistentiehonden, is available at the ticket desk
- Assistance dogs must wear a vest or harness displaying the training organization’s logo
Amsterdam Canal Cruise
- The boats are accessible to disabled people when they can walk the two steps in and out of the boat. Wheelchairs cannot be taken on board (Wheelchairs can be safely placed on the quayside where the cruise departs)
- This activity is not stroller accessibility
- Service animals with valid identification are allowed on the cruise

- Canal cruise: Customers can select between 4 departure locations listed in the meet-up points
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

- Free for children aged 0-2 when accompanied by a paying adult
- Children under 3 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
- Participants aged 3-12 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
