- If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 48 hour(s) before participation time, a 20 EUR cancellation fee will be charged per person
- If you cancel the booking 48 hour(s) before participation time or later, a 100 % cancellation fee will be charged
- If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100 % cancellation fee will be charged
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

- By bus: Take Lines 3, 25, 39, or 148, which all have stops near the Plaza de Isabel II
