• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Redemption information

• 2-9 people group tour, minimum group size is 2 people. If there is only 1 person, the group will not be formed. If the group is not formed, you will be notified 48 hours before departure. If the final group size is 2 people, each person needs to pay an additional 60 New Zealand dollars for a private group.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off service within 3 km of Christchurch (3km from the Botanic Gardens as the center).
• Please consult customer service regarding pick-up and drop-off services (for a fee) within 3 kilometers of Christchurch city center.
• The entire itinerary is non-cancellable. The driver-guide will adjust the subsequent itinerary based on the actual situation on site. Only the tickets corresponding to the whale watching project will be refunded, and the full vehicle fee will be charged as usual.
• Alternative adjustment plan one: Depart from Christchurch, visit a winery, then hike on the Kaikoura Peninsula to observe sea lions and seals. You can also enjoy local specialty foods such as lobster and fish and chips at your own expense.
• Alternative Two: Change to a day trip to Akaroa French Village. (Options One and Two were arranged based on the majority choice of guests in the group after receiving a cancellation notice the day before departure)
• Alternative Option 3: If whale watching is unexpectedly canceled en route on the day of the trip, the subsequent itinerary will be arranged on-site by the driver-guide based on the actual situation.
• Whale watching boat schedule: 10:30 AM, 11:15 AM, 1:15 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM
• The round-trip time of our overall itinerary will vary depending on the scheduled ferry ticket time. For specific itinerary times, please consult customer service!

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
