- Sea conditions — The journey can feel bumpy at times, and travel time may vary depending on the weather and conditions on the day. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend preparing accordingly.
- Stay reachable — Please keep your phone switched on and check WhatsApp before departure for any updates from the operator.
- Arrive early — Please arrive at the designated ticket counter at least 1 hour before departure to redeem your voucher and collect your physical ticket.

If you're worried about getting seasick on a small boat, I recommend this one because it's very large, has excellent air conditioning, and plenty of seating. You won't feel seasick at all.

The procedure for checking in was easy and efficient. The ferry left the harbour on time so we arrived Lombok on time. The ferry was with sufficient aircon.

seat reservation process: very issue. not seat numbers, but no issue they have plenty of sits. the ride was smooth and fun with top deck hangout and party.
Safe. Same as ekajaya (I have booked ekajaya previously thinking other boats are risky). Just maybe a little smaller than ekajaya, but it’s stable in waters from gili to nusa penida to sanur. To access the upper deck you need to buy beer. From gili T, you need to go 200m crossing the port and then manta dive too to get to wijaya buyuk counter and get the stickers and ticket. and then return to port again then pay harbour tax. only then you are allowed to board the boat. Happy with the journey.
Comfortable ferry with air conditioning. Departure and arrival were right on schedule. We were also lucky enough to spot dolphins in the middle of our journey.
It was a comfortable trip to Gili Trawangan. The process of exchanging tickets and boarding after waiting was smooth. The cabin was cool and comfortable. However, the departure was delayed by over 10 minutes, and the arrival was also delayed by over 10 minutes, so the actual journey took about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
